2. So, Afterburner, their most synthetic album, will not please most ZZ Top fans, even if it did go platinum several time over and reached number four. That's all just a sign of the times, when even hard rock bands had to sound as slick as synth pop, complete with clanging DX-7s and cavernous drums.

8. Rough Boys is one of the stronger songs and Velcro Fly is fun which is a hallmark of ZZ Top. Other songs like Sleeping Bag & Delirious ensure the album moves a long at a fast pace but it always feels as if they just thought Eliminator was good we'll just copy that. Worth a try but don't judge ZZ Top on this album/5().
